Desperate Housewives has tapped onetime O.C. jock Chris Carmack for a potentially recurring role, sources confirm to me exclusively.

Carmack will play Susan's studly cousin Tim, who shows up on Wisteria Lane to pay his older cuz a visit and gets roped into helping Mike with his taxes. (If the character sounds oddly familiar, here's why.)

Housewives is also casting a teenaged version of Tim, who'll be seen in a '90s flashback. Tim apparently witnessed a tragic event, presumably involving Susan…. and Howie Long…. and a series of Radio Shack ads.

I kid.

Originally supposed to be Desperate Housewives Scripts that I would write thanks to "Final Draft 7" that page has now been discarded, the reason is that it would have taken me far to long to even write the first script, because I'd have to look for what words were used plus I would still have to get used to the format of scripts -- But anyway.. A few days ago I posted up some news that Desperate Housewives would return on the 6th of April, however that is false it will now Return on April 13th.
This is from ABC:

"Desperate Housewives" returns Sunday, April 13 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) with five original episodes and
a special two-hour finale (seven hours total).

A two hour finale sound cool! I can't wait.

Eva Longoria Parker has been seen shopping for a nursery, sparking rumours she is pregnant.

The Desperate Housewives actress - who is married to basketball star Tony Parker - was spotted admiring furniture and clothes in exclusive Los Angeles' children's boutique Petit Trésor.

A source told Britain's Star magazine: "She and a girlfriend were ooh-ing and ahh-ing over all the baby things. She looked at cribs, changing tables and inquired about designing a nursery.

"She bought a $116 Robbie Adrian blanket and a half-dozen Huddy Buddy Babygros, including one that proclaimed, 'I tend to drool'."

Eva - who married Tony in a lavish ceremony last year - has made no secret of her desire to become a mother.

She once said: "I've always loved the idea of having lots of children. If I'm around any baby, I'm like, 'Aaaaahhhh, babies!'

"I was pretty ambitions when I moved to Hollywood and I succeeded. But now I've found new ambitions - I want to work, I want to be a great wife and I want to have children. This is a new chapter in my life. I will be very sad to go but I'll have more time to do movies."

Eva recently denied rumours she was pregnant, claiming her recent weight gain was down to the recent Hollywood writers strike as she couldn't go to work.

She said: "No pregnancy, not yet. I've been cooking and eating, cooking and eating. I keep telling everyone that I've gained 10 pounds just being on strike."

Channel 4 has yet to air the latest series of Desperate Housewives because the channel wanted to know how many episodes will be availabe. Now the strike is over and ABC has stated there will be at least 4 episodes at at the most 7 episodes left Channel 4 feels safe to buy season 4 it will air on the channel on the 26th of March 2008. The United Kingdom still await to find out the fate of Edie Brit and have waited since last summer, well at least the ones who havent downloaded them from the internet.

The Desperate Housewives star often travels across the globe to be with her husband, basketball star Tony Parker, and always looks forward to getting on a plane.
She said, "I really don’t mind flying. I love it because I get to sleep. You can fall asleep and you’re in Australia the next day. It’s the greatest thing ever. Once I finished work at 11 o’clock at night and got on a flight at midnight just to get home in time for breakfast. I flew from Los Angeles to Switzerland one night, surprised Tony, had dinner, and then flew back the next day!"

The 32-year-old also revealed despite vowing not to buy each other presents for Valentine’s Day, Tony often buys her expensive gifts. She added to New! magazine, "I have a good husband! For Christmas, Tony bought me a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes and a diamond bracelet, so that was pretty nice!"

Longoria had recently said that the numerous references to her as Mrs Parker are making her feel old. She said, "In Texas, people are so formal, so it’s Mrs Parker. I feel old! But, I love it."

Desperate Housewives has not aired a new episode since january 6th because
of the writers on going strike. Now that the strike is over Desperate Housewives
is set to return with a brand new episode on the 6th of April. The episode name
is unclear at the moment however a discription of the episode is here;
"Two months after the tornado, Mike returns home from rehab. With her roof
fixed, Bree returns to her own house to find that the void in her life is still there.
Gabrielle learns that Carlos' blindness is permanent." Also acording to an
Interveiw with Brenda Strong (Mary Alice) Katherine's mystery will fit in the
rest of the upcoming 7 episodes like a little neat bow.
